*In order to make a complaint regarding the exterior of a property, you must have the address of the property where the violation exists. Complaints must be specific: peeling paint, broken windows, holes in the roof, or trash/debris in the yard.
*To file a complaint concerning the interior of a property, you must be or represent a tenant in the rental unit where the violation exists. Must notify landlord in writing first and allow them 14 days to respond. Provide copy of letter to Housing Inspection Division. Situations involving the loss of a utility should be corrected within 24 hours following notification.
